The purpose of this document is to ensure you fully understand our Refund Policy. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined here.

In exchange for purchasing products from RECOVEREX, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Parties.
Throughout this document, "RECOVEREX," "we," "us," or "our" refers to RECOVEREX Inc., a company based in the United States. "You," "the Buyer," or "your" refers to the person placing the order or agreeing to these terms.

Refund Policy - Overview
Certain criteria must be met to qualify for a refund, as detailed below. Please review these conditions carefully. Refunds are granted only when all conditions are satisfied, and the decision to issue a refund remains solely at RECOVEREX’s discretion.

30-Day Refund Period
We offer a 30-day refund policy for the RECOVEREX Tub bundles and individual tubs or chillers. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days from the delivery date. To request a refund, contact us at support@recoverex.com. This policy does not apply to used accessories or maintenance supplies.

Return Shipping Fee
The Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the product. A return shipping fee of $150 will apply. You may either arrange your own shipping or request a prepaid shipping label from RECOVEREX, with the return shipping fee deducted from your refund. Returns should be sent to the following address:

International Refunds
For international purchases, including Puerto Rico, all shipping costs, duties, and tariffs must be paid in full. The Buyer may either arrange their own shipment or request a prepaid shipping label from RECOVEREX, with the return shipping fee deducted from the refund.

Condition of Returned Items
Returned products must be in "like-new" condition, as determined solely by RECOVEREX, and include original packaging. If any of these conditions are not met, additional fees may apply, or the refund may be denied.

Item Receipt and Notification
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or denial of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that bank or credit card processing times may affect when the refund appears in your account.

Refunds for Water Maintenance Products
Refunds for water maintenance products, including but not limited to oxidizers, sanitizers, and test strips, will be issued only if the items are unopened. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds for Accessory Items
Refunds for accessory items, such as protection mats, electric air pumps, and apparel, will be issued only if the items are completely unused. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
